i have lost my pan card and i dont know my pan number?? how to re issue??

• The procedure for re issue of PAN card is similar to that of getting a new PAN card. The user can apply for PAN card online by simply filling up the changes and correction form.

• The list of documents required for PAN card with the same PAN number are as listed below :

1. Proof of Identity

2. Proof of Address

3. Proof of Birth

• You can apply for issuing duplicate copy of your pan card using Online PAN Card Application, Correction in PAN Card, Lost PAN Card, PAN Card Status, Form 49A India | FinMart.com

Contact the company that issued the card. It should also be on your past invoices or statements, along with the customer service phone numbers. Without the account number, they should also be able to authenticate who you are and locate your account based on personal information that you provided on your application.
