Is CTC salary monthly or annual?

In a job posting when ctc salary is listed as Rs. 4 lakhs ... is this 4 lakhs per year or per month?

The actual meaning is Cost to Company. It can be month/annual etc. There should be clear description i.e. CTC per month, CTC per annum.



In your case, since it is 4 lakhs it indicates per annum.
